Cancellations 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus 5% processing fee. 30–59 days prior receives 50% refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 12 months. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all charters.

The only common extras are national park entrance fees (Komodo: ~USD 25/person), alcoholic beverages, scuba diving with instructor, and gratuities (discretionary, 5–10% is customary).
