FAQ — Booking Process
How quickly will I receive a response?
WhatsApp inquiries receive a response within 2 hours during business hours (9AM–6PM WITA, UTC+8). Emails are answered within 24 hours. Detailed proposals including vessel options and pricing are typically delivered within 48 hours of your inquiry.
Is there a booking fee?
No booking fee. Our service is free for travelers — the rate you pay is the same as booking directly with vessel owners, and often lower thanks to our negotiated volume rates. We earn a commission from vessel operators, which is already included in the quoted price.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (June–September), we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure your preferred vessel. Low season bookings can often be arranged 2–4 weeks ahead. Last-minute charters are possible depending on vessel availability — contact us to check.
Do you handle airport transfers?
Yes. We coordinate airport pickup in Labuan Bajo (for Komodo charters), Sorong (for Raja Ampat), or Bali. Hotel-to-harbor transfers are also arranged. All logistics are handled by our operations team so you can focus on enjoying your trip.
